Shipping policy

  • In-stock orders: Shipped within 3 business days.
  • Pre-orders: Shipped within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. We cannot control manufacturer/supplier delays and will only ship pre-orders when all items are in stock. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • Packaging: We carefully pack all orders. Minor wear and tear on sealed product packaging (dents, creases, etc.) is normal and doesn't affect the product inside.
  • Transit times: Are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays.
  • Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for all import fees.
  • Cancellations: Incur a 10% fee.
  • Damages & Claims: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence (package, shipping label, merchandise, packing list). We'll work towards a resolution once we have this information.
